Hi,
I have a valver in the best colour :P (williams blue) and recently had an accident and took the front end off.

It's been taken away for qoutation on repairs but I would guess it will be a write off due to age and damage.

Would it be worth buying back to sell on as spare or for engine exhange???

92k mileage FSH engine is mint and runs like a dream

Full leather interior infact the interior of the car is mint, it's like new inside.

Polished original alloys, the whole car is original apart from a full exhaust system.

Cheers for the help

that damage ain't too excessive mate if its as mint {or was as mint} as u say i reckon bonnet, radiator, bumper, lights and some new clips and some steady handling/bending of the outta shape bits you could be a diy body shop man. Buy it back but i don't think it'l be a R/O.

what did ya hit?

Just looked at pics, thats fooking minor mate, there is a williams bonnet on ebay, get that now, front bumper is slightly harder to find, can do without a grill for a few months

Hit a stationary merc at about 25 mph

They had stopped and I came round the corner on a foggy day (same day heathrow was closed) and bang, they had stopped and not put their brake lights on.

The interior is mint, I was suprised at how nice it was, leather is amazing.

The arches are only just starting to bubble, nothing major, rest of the car use to be stunning lol

It's usually a tenth of the value of the vehicle, but there is talk of them stopping that, so get on the blower to them

He will have had to claim if he hit a stationary car tho.

The merc will prob cost more to fix than his cars worth, plus the peoples whiplash claims from a rear ender.

Shame to see it smashed up.

Well they have delcared it as an RO

offered me 1050, if that a good price?

Bearing in mind it has an imaculate interior and full leathers (also imaculate)

The body was great apart from a small bubble on the arches (not massive just starting to bubble slightly)
Fully working electrics and a full stainless exhaust (My mods are delcared and insured)

So should I try to push for more, or be happy with a grand?

Buy that back mate if you can! Wont cost alot to fix at all by the looks of it! Someone on here might even have it off you to get back on the road.

you can refuse the offer and ask them to get you one in similar condition instead :P

a grand sounds about right for an ebay valver but if its in good con i would hold out for more
