Oil Temp Gauge not working

Just wondering what the usual fault is if ur oil temperature gauge is not working...is it the switch that screws into the engine? If so...can u buy copy parts of these or only oe? Cheers. Matt 8)

alright mate. Try removing the sensor and cleaning it up. Check the multiplug aswell. If it still doesnt work, hit the guage a few times :lol:

its the sender in the front of the block that does the level as well, mines ****ed too, reads the level but no temp :cry: i'd leave it if it was the other way round!
