Haven't got any with pullies and belt on without the covers on.

Its pretty easy, outside the pullies with teeth on, inside the 2 smooth ones.

From bottem going with rotation of belt goes round outside of the crank pully, round utside of the aux idler (drives oil pump), inside of tensioner(you adjust the tension with this using an M6 bolt through the threaded hole on the block), up over the top of the 2 cam pullies, down and inside the idler pully, and back to the crank pully

Haynes has a pic showing routing

well 9 and 1/2 hours later, some blood and cuts and the cambelt is done, amazingly it turned over and i ran it up the drive so seems to be working, but is squeeking a little when you put the power down, so might have to adjust the aux belt as that was done rather tight.

P.S strut braces are nasty when trying to get the upper camcover off !

Going out to make a start on my lights after some turkey curry :D

You'vce set the time now, 9.5 hrs is the time to beat boys and girls

Personally i'd be gutted if it took me more than 4-5 hours

Sqeeking or a sort of whine? Make sure you have not done it up too tight. :)
