gonna be dropping my subframe but i hear these manifolds are a biach to seperate.

any advice??

Muhahah, i ditched mine for this very reason.. once its been off it will be battered and not as true as itcould be.

Be careful not to mallet the metal brackets that close the slit per pipe, they break off ;-), i would lube up with Whisky Delta four zero the night before and then utilise a general purpose persuader, which is aka as a rubber mallet to ease the downpipe off...tapping the twin pipes that face the tarmac each side several times..if that fails use a cut broom handle, and hammer it off from the bay side...

they can be cunts to remove....
