seam welding a subframe?

does anyone know who can do this for me nice n cheaply near leamington spa (midlands) and can this be done with wishbones, arb, steering rack still attached once the subframe is removed or better still can it be done in situ?

Can't be done in situ. Why do you want to keep everything on it once the subframes off the car its dead easy to take everything off.
