Bottom one is the light for your immobiliser. It needs to be a steady light for the car to start. Flashing means it wont start. Dunno what the top one is.

Ive looked in my manual.

The top one, says. Not used

The bottom one says.. Electronic incedent warning light. Special note for "engine immobiliser" petrol versions.

Need an edit button!!!

Maybe they are both flashing because they are next to each other on the dash?

the immobiliser would explain a lot seing as i disconnected it putting in a new alarm, and i thought it was the choke symbol.

Keep your eye out on ebay for an ecu or make a trip to a breakers yard and get one. They normally go for about £10-£15 on ebay but it has to be a phase 1 ecu as they have no immobiliser and will work.

well the car turns on and runs fine with the light flashing, would it b cheaper to just remove the bulbs?? and i have ph1 dials in the car so the choke light actually is the airbag light! :s
