Williams head

Iam sure this has been covered many times but Iam new so here goes:


Will a williams 2tlr head fit on 1.8 block as they have bigger valves do these clear on 1.8 pistons.

What is differnce with willy head and 1.8 is it just valve size, our cams more aggressive

Will cams scuase a problem with lift on 1.8 set up.

It fits fine, no clearance issues, cams ares slightly wilder inlet valves are slightly bigger.

is there much of a power gain just changing the head and would it need to be remapped to make it work properly?

bigger valves always help.

I am hoping to get my car on some rollers in near future to see what power is and then take a view
