I was just on Ebay and saw a Gunner Chip and I was wondering if anyone had one fitted and if they were anygood.
I know that its better for a car to be chipped on a rolling road as every engine was different but thought for the £30 it cant be bad.
Do you think it could harm the engine.

Oh and no they won't harm the engine they will give more performance and are a bargain price short of a 350 quid remap you can't go wrong.

I have one fitted to mine. I was supplied with 2 chips.

1 - a standard map with raised 7100 rev limiter
2 - a cammed map with slightly raised rev limiter (I think)

#2 didn't run very well in mine, mine being standard cams. The other one seems good obviously you benefit from the raised limiter.

i ran one in my old williams and it did the job. the soft limiter was miles better than the old chip. which was like hitting a wall at stupid revs.
