Engine Rebuild

My Williams engine has just done over 100k, I fancy doing a re-build

What parts should I replace?

Bearing shells, rings, seals, and gaskets. plus cambelt kit, water pupm, clutch...and dizzy etc etc

and oil pump?

just fancy learning how the engine works and since ive got a spare williams engine might aswell give it ago :D

Few bits i want:
Cams
vernier pulleys
Head gas flowed, light skim and ported etc

I can help you with all of those, and supply any rebuild parts you may need...including oil pump lol
