starter motor?

need some help 3 years ago in my last clio 16V i changed the starter motor with a exchange one i got from a auto parts shop but the problem with the new motor was it took longer to start the car with but the old one started with one quick turn of the key and the new one turned over the engine about 2 to 3 time before it started .

so my problem is now that my engine is almost ready to go back into the car it just needs a new starter motor as the 1.8 one is to big and i need a 2.0 one as i'm doing a hybrid conversion and i don't want to get one that takes ages to start the car with so i searched the web and found some motors but which is better to start a car with :?:
a starter motor with 9 teeth drive
or a starter motor with a 11 teeth drive
or can someone reconmend one or give me a part number for a high torque one.
