my car has something wrong with it, it wont start, but starts fine with a jump start, runs for a while, after a few minits the rev's drop, the abs light comes on, the headlights go off, it stutters then stall's, it then wont turn over at all, but again is fine with a jump start.

So can someone tell me whats wrong??

In the order of my suspicion
1) Bad earthing.
2) Alternator starting to fail.
3) Battery in quite bad state.

im going for option number two on that list, does the battery light flicker when its jump started and running for those few mins? try charging the battery up (fully) and then check the charge rate when running.

Get a test meter on the altenator. See if its charging.

Start with the cheapest option first, battery!
