Bump Strips

how do you get these off on a Clio Mk1, if it makes any difference phase 1

everything about my bodywork was spot on, but one of the bump strips they have put back on is slightly off at one end, the passenger side rear one

i wanna take it off and fiddle with it and put it back on straight

Best way to remove them is slide them towards the doorshut, remembering the front one also has a screw.

well ive got one side of it away, there is a red thing on the car, presume its some kind of clip
