I have a 92 clio 1.8 16v, the fuel pipes going to the rail are very close to rubbing on the aux belt, the plastic guard underneath is already rubbing even if i try to move it,it just moves back. Has anyone had this problem? My pipes appear to run underneath what i think is the map sensor pipe, should it run on top of that? Any help would be much appreciated :)

you can bent the map pipe up a little bit to give the pipe more room. your problem usually hapens when the clips break on the cambelt case. unless its routed wrong...

Don't drive it like it is or your buz through it and hot manifold and petrol don't go well together,

easy way is to take the fuel lines off and route them over the top of the map pipe or zip tie the fuel lines up...

or get a new cover and do it properly

Thanks for your quick reply, i was concerned about the engine heat and petrol mixture, il route them over the map pipe.Seems like the guy who did my cambelt must have broken the clips then

Exactly same happaned to me, cbale tie the bracket to the MAP pipe, job done.

Or buy a new bracket (£35) and an hours labour to fit it.
