Fuel Pump died

The pump died on my 1.4 (carb) earlier leaving me in a nasty place so had no option but to have it taken back to my house :cry:

Can I use the fuel pump from a valver for the 1.4 or not? (i'm doing a 1.8 16v conversion soon btw)

This is the 1.4 pump .. It looks different than the one in Haynes?

Valver pump.. looks totally different take it it's not swappable?

Where are the fixings holding the pump in btw?

BTW: You have single-point injection - not a carb :D

Just a guess but I'd have thought all the 1.1's - 1.4's would all have the same pump.

cheers. How can you tell i have an SPi?

Also whats the flow difference between the 1.4and valver as i'm doing a conversion soon, cheers.
