Compression Test Costs?

i saw someone on here mention recently that they had a compression test done, and was wondering how much a garage would charge on average / people on here would charge.

im basically looking for a comparison to buying a self test kit off ebay or somewhere?

Halfrauds £15 for compression tester. takes 10mins to do.

dont forget to put your foot flat to the floor when your doing it. and isconnect the coil.

just done the test tonight, and all 4 cylinders are showing 12 bar. :)
i take it this is ok?

i'm going to repeat them at the weekend to confirm.
