what oil should i use ...

10w 40 semi or fully synthetic. Change every 2 to 5k. Use any decent filter (champion are easier to get off). Check the oil twice a week and after every long journey. Dont rely on the dial in the cockpit, use the dipstick. Look under the car regularly to check for leaks.

mobil 1 motorsport 15 50 is good, a valver or willy will eat a piss thin oil if u hammer it mine wud eat a litre of 0 40 castrol rs in 500 mile,
as long as u let it warm up proper 15 50 is ok all year round

mines usin 10W-40 at the moment, and isnt using any, though it was rebuilt about 15k ago...

i saw millers 15/50 ina shop yesterday it was 35 quid that right?seems expensive
