These are being a slag.. is there an easy way to do remove them from the head without damaging things?

Dunno. I was going to as I think I have an O ring problem, but I chickened out!
Nope......been telling you there a total slag for time lol
I take they are on the 1.8 head. wiggle them round in a circular manner....as if one is fondling a ladies rudey bits!
Then spray some WD40 roind the 'O' ring area. then wiggle some more. then pull and wiggle. and keep pulling/wiggling till they come out. They will eventually ease out...u may have to replace the rings. If they are proper stuck...let them sit over night with a liberal dose of WD40 on them.
I think i used brake fluid to great effect once....

Yep. What Stan says. They should come eventually if given a good soaking.

You can get the Bosch part number for the o-rings off retrorenault mate.
