just a thought i know im new and you may think a bit sad but just how many orignal clio williams are about????

cause theres loads of valvers with engine swaps and stuff but how many orignal clios (including non standard ones are left)????

any one know??????

oh and thanks for everys ones post about wheel refurbs sounds like fred's the man

might just see you at french car show

I would guess at less than 500 allowing for write offs etc...in the UK

cant be that many left I dont think... but you also need to consider that a lot of the 2.0 valvers will be using Megane bottom ends.

as for wheel refurbs I dont know how much Fred is charging, but last time I saw his post on it I had to question the price... not heard owt back since. Pro Clean in Prescott will do them for £35 a rim in gold and with polished silver rim. That's the cheapest one around and they are pretty damn good looking at 2 live and Monkeys.

Freds wheels are the wrong colour, the wrong texture (powder coating not painting), have the wrong rim and fall below the standards i would like on my car.

iwas surprised pro-clean could do mine.. they were pitted and useless.. but there ok now.

I am buying new wheels for 0002, and i will prob get pro clean to do mine after i have seen gunners and 2 lives.
