Was thinking of maybe changing this, but maybe i'll think twice.

Out of interest, why are changing your cable?

Coming home on m-way Saturday,im doing 60/65mph then oh no im not im doing 0mph lol,took dials out and the white connector bit at top that slots into speedo dial has sheared off DOH

I have a bit of high idle, so thinking maybe it's the cable...search time me thinks...

Had a MSN convo with Andy P and he said it'll be the speedo cable fooked that may cause high/eratic idling

you been able to sort the connection out? this is happenin on my new 16v (j reg tho) and sunno what to do about it!
