JC5 to a valver?

as some might know my gearbox has decided it doesnt like me and has gone already. Ive been offered a willy gearbox for a good price and was wandering if it will fit direct to my valver?

thank god! im due to pick it up later and me and another forum member (not sure if he on here) are going to swap it over tomorrow so fingers crossed i'll finally get to drive my valver :D

Make sure there are some cogs in there before you get your hopes up :wink:

Thats what i meant to ask. I want to do my best to make sure that the box is in good order. I know it might sound stupid but is there any way i can check?

not till u put it on :P or pull the diff out and have a look at the teeth thats about it rly.
