No, the hanger on the U bend is at the wrong angle.
Unless the hanger on your Williams isn't the closed loop sort, then it will fit.

So it should fit bar the u bend hanger which is at the wrong angle, is the hanger near the cat the same?

Sorry in what way do u mean closed loop sort?

Yes, it will fit in place the same, you just wont be able to secure it properly on the U bend using rubbers.
The difference between 16v's and Williams is the hanger on the car by the U bend, on the 16v is it just like a hook (well 2) but on the Williams the hooks are joined up, so it just loops round on itself.
The hanger on the 16v magnex runs parallel with the hanger on the car, this is not a problem as you can use a ford type rubber (sort of '8' shape) and slide the rubber onto both hangers.
The hanger on the Willy magnex runs at 90' to the one on the car, in this instance you use an original renault rubber, slip it through the loop on the car and then slide it onto the exhaust hanger.
You can use a Willy magnex on a 16v without a problem, you just need to use the renault rubber, the problem arises when trying to fit the 16v magnex to a Willy cos the hangers are running parallel but the one on the car has no end that you can slide a rubber on.
HTH.
