Hi everyone
It's taken my an age to get on here but glad I have done so.
Prep for the show is well under way, in fact its all done and we are just waiting on the day now bashing out loads of tickets and passes and answering piles of emails on top of our own jobs.
Williams Clio car passes have exceeded 50, so looking like an awesome club stand considering I don't even think you were listed in 2004 !.
Was chatting to Dan Benstead yesterday (Editor PGTi mag) and we both agree the turn out of Clios will be an amazing sight.

Here is the map we knocked up months ago, Clios enter main gate, right hand lane, keep in right lane and enter show ground at east gate. revised map coming soon will feature all clubs.

How about talking PGTI into a nice mag feature, we have some stunning motors and some of the quickets Clio's in the country! 8)

yeah, have a word mate and check out some of the cars in the media section if you need any convincing :D . Clean16v's throttle bodied beast and Martin and 2 live also have 1/4 mile Scooby slayers... plus with all the hybrid's nearing completion it's going to be a very very interesting year!

U chaps grabbed pgti mag yet as I swung a deal to get two fully installed NOS kits from Wizards.
You'd think I was selling PGTi mags here.
I want to see some of these monsters on the two 0-60 tracks as well.
Anyway off to bed but like I said, any questions about FCS fire way.

A mag feature would be brill for the club, especially as we've only been here a short time :D
I'm sure that we can get some 0-60 runs... 2 live and Martin both on increased rev limits will be hitting 5's easy... god knows what Cleans car will do tho... traction will be the problem there (still think you get an LSD pal!!!)
Cant wait for FCS, engine should be looking porn by then too! :)

Looking at the map, is WilliamsClio next to the RSC then? As it just says Clio? Or is that space for ClioSport?
I am really loking forward to FCS, GF can't come due to running campsite :( shame as this is a Birthday present for me!
Can't wait now. Bring on FCS :D

hmmmm..... if thats the case i dont think 100 clios will fit in a 30m x 30m space will they?? hehe
its not gunna be nice to have thousands of ppl swarming round if the cars are tightly packed together

Im sure the spaces will be ok on the day though, the guys who run the show normally seem to get it right, not had any probs and i've been for the last 3 or 4 years
From the map, looks like the Clio stand is the same size as the RSC, think we've only got about 10 or 15 cars confirmed on the RSC stand so far though!

Bedford is pretty large though, so I cant see any major probs accomodating the cars.

allocation of stands is purely on pre-bookings and that was made last September as an example but to give an idea where cars will be parked and general layout

we'll have a very strong lineup on our stand, which is fantastic considering no one had heard of this place a few months ago! Started from nowt and has grown amazingly fast... it's prolly due to King Stromba being on here, 4000+ plus posts of shite always ensures the forum is a busy place... what's your current tally Rob, aren't you the major share holder when it comes to posts? 90% of the forums posts are Rob talking to himself! :lol:

There are a few more cars to add to the list but weve defo got a mix of 35 cars to be displayed on our stands. Dont forget passengers get the same ticket as if they were displaying there car so we wont have 50 motors on our stand.
A feature in PGTI would be ace Mark...There is a Haynes trackday / 0 - 60 sprint that one of our members is organising for us....maybe that would be a great addition to your magazine !

okay will check what 'show car' passes have been requested but fair play anyway to a new club.
I don't work for PGTi, more like the other way about ;-)
I have many contacts in that group and includes the editior and publisher so will be sure to mention it.

cheers mark...im sure we have 35 cars attending...but for next year can u do car and 1 driver pass and the passenger pass's (tickets) are differant and not counted for the stands ?????

I think you have got wrong end of stick here mate
each car get a RED pass which is for the car to get into the show ground clubs section
each person gets a ticket to get in irrespective who they are.
You bough x many tickets and requested x many red car passes.
