wouldn't even piss on it Matt! Cars need to be driven, I'd put some miles on that if I owned it, so paying for the privilage of having what is in effect nothing more than an ornament I fail to see the point of... it's worthless to me personally, so £100 ono would be it

The seller is TheJesus' evil twin who believes a Clio Williams is worth it's weight in gold. And nothing will make him change his mind :D

J o n

hey, i've got video proof of the Willy even spinning in 4th in the dry going round Donny :) not hard for it to spin in 5th in the wet really, although looking at my tyres (yeah yeah I know Mehdi, shut it! pmsl) I think they could be a contributing factor

Seeing Jon Barrett on the V5, that g'box won't be lasting too much longer...

lol......could be worse..it could have N. Cragg on the v5 ;)

or....having A Northrop on it......thing would have been polished to death an robbed of all the good bits ;) lol

For sale in scotland - £3500

Full spec.

The car was built for Group N rallying almost from new and subsequent owners added the various mods. From speaking to one previous owner the gearbox internals are from Avanti and built with Gripper diff by Prima racing. Ratios are
2.9,2.13,1.68,1.36,1.16 Final drive 4.3. 4 pot calipers are Wilwood.
Don't have spring rates for suspension but rear torsion bars are uprated as are front springs on adjustable platforms, Bilstein dampers all round. Helix paddle clutch was fitted recently and has done only one sprint. New starter motor. Cam belt was changed last year. Spares inc wheels, some standard trim, bonnet, boot, doors, std brakes and std gearbox internals.

The RAC log book has a date of 14/4/94 and the vehicle was registered 7/1/94. It appears to have been bought specifically to be prepared for Group N rallying by Trafford Brake Services in St Helens - Registration was 1 TBS at this time. Change to current reg was in March 99 by a Robin Reid who I have spoken to and who had done most of the non group N mods.
Don't know much of the competition history but the car was apparently unused for a few years before I bought it last year.

It does need some tidying up i agree but it has a good spec list. Gripper diff is about £800 alone i think!!
