immobliser problems

hello there for the last two days i have been having a few problems getting my car to start, i have a cat 1 toad ai606 alarm and also the standard alarm too.

1. dissarm toad alarm/ open door.
2. enter car click the key fob to dissarm factory immobiliser.
3.turn key to start.
4. no joy.

ive been using this process since the alarm was fitted back in late march this year, the immobiliser light stays solid but when i turn the key the fuel pump works but there is no joy getting it to start.

but all of a sudden it starts :headbutt: but then i try it next time no joy.

could be anything.

When it doesn't start will it bump (push) start?

havent tried bumping the car as i was with my girlfriend, im going to reset the toad alarm if that dont work i will dissarm it, if all fails i will just take a sledge hammer to it

so why didn't you make her push it?

Thats what shes there for.

My mrs, mum and sister have all done their fair share of pushing cars :lol:

it could be a fickle starter solenoid wire or an immob problem.
