Full beam problem

Hey

Hope you can help out, own a valver and all of a sudden the full beam has stopped working... When you pull the stalk no click and even when your light are off no flash beam either ? Checked fuses couldnt seem to find a blown one.. What could it be

stalk will be ****ed, 5 min job to change and shoudl be able to pick one up off any clio for a fiver from a local scrappers
