idle at 2.5K???????? help please!

as u may know i stacked my williams, i drove it back from the scene and it ldled fine. left it a week and by this point the battery didn't have enough charge to turn the starter. I gave it a charge overnight and the following day when i started it it was idle'in at 2500 revs?!?. Has anyone experinced this or anything similar? or can anyone shed some light on my little problem. thanks

Clean the ISCV

Check for air leaks.

Road speed sensor. Wrapped in speedo cable but causes high revving when driven and left to idle, turn ignition off and it resets it, until you drive it in a spirited fashion.

Yeah mine did this when i started it back up aftert the eigne came out for the 2nd time, think it was around 2k actually, turned it off after a min or so running and started again and it was fine.....clios are self healing you know :lol:

yeah i hope so, gonna try these ^^ and maybe disconnect the ecu, cheers 4 the help guys

To check ISCV just unplug it and see if revs change, if not then thats fine
