Um i guess maybe prime the fuel pump a couple of times before starting as it may have lost pressure over time?

Give it a good run once its going a nice thrash.

Aparet from that i dont think you need to do anything.

Put the cutch pedal down while you turn it over ....then it only has to start the engine and not the gearbox (only if the battery is flat ish tho)

I personally would put new fuel in before. injectors are pretty delicate. leaving fuel for long periods is never good. :)

get in start it and drive.

Its not hard, no need for new fuel, a wee dance and a wank to the northeast at 3:17pm, a sacrifice of a red squirrel or any other pish.

They start and run fine sitting for 5 years on, I do it all the time.

Sometimes you need to drag the things a fair bit to get the wheels free and to pull them out the hedge thats grown round them, but start it up and drive off.
