I'm new to these so bear with me...

I'm going to change the plugs, filter, leads, dizzy cap/rotor arm, coolant for starters and was hoping you could recommend brands & suppliers.
Are OE the best to fit?

I think the cambelt is also due for a swap so if you know of anywhere close to Warrington, please let me know!

Cheers.

If your cap and leads have never been changed then it's very much worth it. Get them from any convenient motor factor. Don't bother with any fancy leads - they don't make any difference.

Best to get a cambelt kit from renault £90 - you get all new pulleys and idler wheels plus the belt.

pray tell how this is so?

The oe bouigourd leads are some of the best leads out there.

Many cars are still running the original leads just fine.

if theres no need to change them don't.

Bouuugienight leads are avaliable from GSF £30 odd quid. Genuine renault part.

I would change the leads, cap and arm as a matter of course on a new to me car if i was keeping it. Also did the spark plugs :winkey:

The kit sold at GSF is a Renault one.
