Seat belt tensioners and the buckle themselves

Can you seperate the buckle and tensioner part or is it easier just getting new units as one?

Another quick un which clio's/years bar the 16v/willy did they come on? phase 2 upwards from an rt?

You can seperate them, but it is quite fidly...I've tried. I ended up just buying one from a scrap yard....check if it has been let off it will look scrunched up and the metal cord will have gone right to the end of the device. I believe seat belt pre-tensioners were introduced to the ph2's yes. :D
