Hi.

Can anyone please point out where I need to weld my steering column please!!!!?

Would be grateful as mine is loose as feck and having it welded tommorow.

Pmsl. That's exactly what it was like for me :P

He hates my Clio lol.

Ordered a bran new column from Renault, they said it'd be two days...lo and behold they aint got none. Idiots.

just welded my column on my willy 2 after reading this what a difference steering is so much sharper car is much nicer to drive. awesome!

When i had mine replaced on my last williams this chap did it, he keeps spares in stock and is very reasonable. http://www.coopersgarage.co.uk/

All done now.

10 minute job.

Steering is slight and sharp and solid now (did more than just weld the column :))

Pm me if you want a new one,I orderd two,when I did mine,so I am fairly sure the second one has not been sold yet :wink: £130 plus vat I think I paid :cry:
