I know we refer to the code as 449, but what's the proper name for it? I want to make damn sure that my painter gets the colour matched perfectly. Going to fix some dings and dents on the car and repaint only the bonnet.
The plan is:
1) PDR all the dings first.
2) Send to detailing shop to refurb exterior. Just had it tested by the shop and they are pretty sure the orginal paintwork is mostly intact.
3) Fix dent on bonnet.
4) Repaint bonnet to match the rest of the car.
5) Back to the detailing shop for another layer and put on paint sealant.
Anything else I should do?
