and using me dads laguna as a garage, i prepped the engine for transportation to sheffield ready for 'a little bit of work' :wink:

found an interesting little bolt lying under the clutch tho, rekon it fell there after removal of gearbox but still! :?

rekon piston rings were ****ed n all, wud explain grit in the sump and on top of pistons and oil being a touch abundant throughout!! :oops: no worries i just wanted the 2.0 bit, seals n that were all to be replaced neway! 8)

fair enough, you can borrow mine if you want, shoudln't have much of a need for it for the moment after this week, unless i'm required to 'service' the engine i'm, taking out

i wud take u up on that mate but its gonna be a slow ass build due to lack of funds so i'll be needin it for least six months! :lol:

gonna get one from machine mart for 30 quid, looks good enuf! how heavys the engine fully built btw? they do a 227kg or a 340kg one, which ones best to plug for?
