Adjusting Camber

I think that because my cars has been lowered the camber is at quite an angle as I have just noticed my new tyres have almost no tread left on the inside edge. How do I fix this please.
I asked 3 garages about tracking my car and they all said they wont touch it. HAHA!

raise the car back up, put smaller bolts in the ball joints, elongate the holes in the damper leg. buy camber correction bolts

Standard with apex springs.

I just had a look and I cant find any writing on them at all.

should be on the main body below the spring
