Oil level meter. Use it as my cold-idle timer. When it drops to zero, I move off.

It's Coilovers... The lowness of it lol

Apart from Winston's I'd say it's one of the lowest and it's well known where I live. It's almost become like a trademark for me

Low, loud and Proud

The liveliness of it when your in the mood :D

I also think the flared arches and the way the wheels fill them is pretty cool 8)

The wheels. Without them it wouldn't move very far at all.

The gold plaque.....

Thought its was brass, or at the most, bronze. But yeah, thats the best bit, and the looks from other people on the road.

The "sleeper look"

Not alot of people cant tell the difference between a 1.2 and a valver at a glance..... many a VTS has made that mistake

Agreed there, most people dont know what engine they run and asume ita a 1.2 or 1.4 when infact its probably one of the most powerful hatches of its time bar the williams.

I thought one of the main criticisms of the RS Mk2s is that they look too similar to lesser models, and people love Mk1s because of their angry looks? :?

Just shows how people's perceptions of the same car differ so much :)
