Which do I need? rear brake disc on a willy...

Two look the same... I'd have said either of these...

R60116 BRAKE DISC-VENTED 259mm CLIO 1.8 16V 24.60

R62316 BRAKE DISC-VENTED 259mm CLIO 1.8 16V >96 24.60

Just wondered why the different numbers quoted...

Oh and is this the cheapest I can get rear discs? or do you wonderous men know anywhere cheaper?

Neither of those!

As they are vented front discs!!
The rear discs are solid.

These are your choices:
R60332 BRAKE DISC-REAR CLIO ALL TYPES W/OUT ABS; 23.00
R62432 BRAKE DISC-REAR CLIO ALL NON ABS 23.00

Best go in and see what the differences are.

abs discs have a toothed rotor on them i think.

Yes, ABS discs have/need a reluctor ring fitted.
But since he has a williams 2 with no ABS and both the discs i listed are non-ABS i fail to see your point? :P
