has this mount worn away? (picture)

where the top engine mount is .you take off the metal triangle part then you reach this part the rubber bit goes under the power steering fulid bottle.

now theres a load of rubbed off rubber around this area and it aint the top mount as thats brand new. then i loked at this and it looks like something has rubbed off.is there meant be be a rubber round in the middle? its part number 77 00 80 51 21.

Pic is shite, but if the rubber is cracked or deteriated then the mount is knackered

I dont think theres meant to be rubber in that part - i think the rubber mount underneath has locating pins that go into that, and a bolt through the middle :?
