how do you lot do it? am using adobe photoshop, walk me through converting below pic into avatar friendly size! 8)

Type 80 in the top box, one below will change itself accordingly
Save as gif so thats it's a small enough file to upload

i just use paint :) reduce the size lol

copy picture

open photoshop

file>new>size = 80 x 80 pixels > open

paste pic

hold down ctrl and press T this will select all the pic

using the 4 corners of the pic click and drag pic to fit in the 80 x 80 pixels box

file>save for web> gif or jpeg> type in file name>save

then come on here

profile>avatar>browse>upload>ok
