Even the lower models im aware are very good handling wise...
In my valvers case i never really understood how good it was till i got in the wet, and i run 17s on standard ride height and suspension. And couldnt believe how well it grips. But i am going to williams wheels as soon as i can afford to wrap them in rubber :)
that photoshop looks amazing
congrats dude, v cool car to start with.
and ur right tho, 1.4rt's r alot nippier than any other 1.4 ive been in :D

Excellent suspension IMO.
Be prepared for the hard ride tho.
Had it on my old RT which I've just sold.
did you get any rubb'idge on the arches, with people in the back etc...
thinking about getting the -60mm springs first as i can afford them, then next week or so pick up some uprated shockers, like AVO or FK, would like to have a sort of hybrid suspension :D

Looks to be in great condition. Once its lowered and wider wheels the handling should be fine, enough to out handle most other hatches anyway.
