having a wee bitty of a hassle with the valver over the past 2 days

i have run the valver a good few miles a day since i got it five weeks(40 miles a day)
so sunday it had a break 1am - 8 pm the next day

went to start it and it started fine left it for a minute and then the idle went all dodgy,it started to really dip like rite down!then all off a sudden it would rise to correct idle speed again, then it would dip again then after it had struggled(sometimes cut out) it would rise again!

this went on until the car had warmed up -just above 40 degrees oil temp

Went out today and started the car again and it did the same!

does any1 know what the problem is/or have they had it before and what did they do to fix it!
could it be a sensor or the auto choke

plz help! :(
