Manual Rack Options

I'm currently converting my 5gtt to clio williams wide track front, I've kept the standard 5 subframe as the williams wishbones mount straight to it and plan to put some clio16v/williams hubs on.
The 5gtt runs a manual rack however its not wide enough, so I've been told the clio rack is what I need.

What manual clio racks are available, and from what models do they come from, and how many turns lock to lock do these racks have?

I've heard about the clio cup cars having a quick rack, how many turns lock to lock are these,are they manual racks and where can they be sourced?
If the cup rack isn't available any more are there any other quick racks with less turns lock to lock, or quick rack kits available?
