View Full Version : What Clutch
So the time has come for a new clutch was just wondering what everyone recommends, not really interested in any ceramic paddle clutches or thing like that as i use the williams for work and sit in traffic quite a bit
links to buy them would be nice too
Standard Renault one I found was much better than the aftermarket one I had plus the aftermarket one was cheaply built and failed.
yup stnd all the way for me the uprated gtt/k-tec jobby is too highly sprung imo
well the two track masters have spoken so im staying stnd :D
any links for cheap places to buy it from? or straight to renault?

the standard renault ones are actually just valeo clutches. When getting one for my valver I found the the unipart clutch is actually a valeo one, and hence a renault one. For the valver it only cost me £60+vat, so much cheaper than renault. I got mine from brown brothers, the same company as partco.

eurocarparts standard one
Standard one is the way to go from what I have read. Nick Hill Advises standard renault clutches. Mark Ritchspeed went through about 3 clutches and his original lasted the longest by far.
