whats everyones plans for next year with FCS

would be a shame if it went tits up really but it needs to be good for people to go

ill more than likely go but only if williamsclio are going as a club, and the layout is sorted for next year and more traders are on board selling things

i think a club trackday would be better imo, can camp over and have a bbq etc somewere near and those who dont want to go on track dont have to

tbh, i think if its held at a proper track next year, and the layout sorted out to how it used to be il be goin again next year

im not really arsed about traders tbh, unless its like an autojumble type thing, plastic kits n shiny bits dont really interest me. altho i would imagine those kinda traders can earn a fortune off the sax boys

a well signed venue would be a massive advantage too

i have to agree with richy on that one, a nice big williamsclio meet with all the members there on some sort of track day!!

I only went for the track time. All those silly show cars you cant drive don't interest me.

I reckon a trackday meet would be much better

club trackday would be superior imo more in keeping with the club image too....more into driving the cars than pumping out 'choons' and showing off nasty bodykits...

speaking of which we had one last year...this year aug/sep maybe before camping is out of the window?

as i said in the other post club track day sounds good to me, a liitle longer than an 1hour on track.......

As above...this was my first FCS so I cannot comment on previous years...but I must admit, it would have to improve for me to go next year, as i'm not really into the bling bling and sound system stuff either. I think a properly organised trackday/meet would be ideal for all the WC members to get to know eachother and give the track a blast. Just don't feel it was value for money or enough entertainment to last the whole day...though watching u guys on the track was definately my best memory!

Yeh I'd rather do a track day. Depends of course on what I've got and whether it's still in one piece.

track day! more fun and exciting!

I say brand hatch renaultsport track day in august!

Organising the club trackdays is very hard. We struggled to get 25 cars out at FCS - never mind 40 that would be needed for a club only trackday.

Were doing brands hatch on the 21st of august - but i would like to do cadwell during the summer aswell. If you guys sort a day out then i'll take it from there.

lol, i know mate. would save a good £50.

Its not that i dont want to do it - its just £170 for a trackday is getting very expensive for me.

i know they look good etc....but like evry other car..they need to be used to stop em from fukkin up big time.

IMO - FCS this year was crap, worse than all the other years, and I won't be going back.

Reading the above, all people are commenting on are track days, and they can get expensive as Northy says (I know i'm skint stupid mortgages and grown up stuff, bring on a new job for me! lol)

Anyway, like I mentioned before, why not just attend Trax? It's based at Silverstone so you can get proper track time round there, 0-60's, and its a more performanced based show, so although you get all the modded shit that was at FCS, it's outweighed by proper cars :)

I know i'll be going regardless, the Coop always finds her way onto a stand somewhere

Yeah ill probs be going if i still have the clio which no doubt i will have.

I won't be going next year:

1: I might not have a french car
2: I'll be being best man at my mate's wedding

As 2Live says though, if PGAC could organise it to be at a proper half decent track it might be a lot better.
