Old petrol?

I'm about to start my Valver for the first time in almost 2,5 years - woohoo!!! :D

Any chance that petrol might get too old?

Will it loose "RON"?

yes it can go stail and cause very poor running. had this on my FRST when was laid up for 2 years. If there isnt much in Id sugest putting soem new in.

It'll have probably have gone off. If theres not much in fill it with fresh petrol and it should mix and be OK. If theres a fair bit in get an old leccy petrol pump wired to a battery, stick a couple of bits of hosepipe on it and use it to syphon the tank.

When you've got it out keep chucking a gallon or so of the old stuff back in when you fill up and it'll be fine.
