mirror change

Was thinking (just thinking):)
about a mirror change,but as u all know the temp sensor is in the mirror,how do i go about swapping it over if i do decide to change the mirrors!
My friend sed that he was going to do it but as soon as u disconect it it reads -99 (lol)
is there any way i can mound the temp sensor in to the new morrors!
will i have to dismantle the original mirror to get a circuit or somthing out or is it just a wire that runs to the sensor

any help would be much apprieciated!

just take them apart and dril a hole in your new ones. you going for some dtm style or something ??

If you're going for chav style M3 or DTM mirrors just drill a hole in em n mount the temp sensors in it.

If you're putting anything different (i'm puttin cf F1 style mirrors on mine)jus get rid of the temp sensor.

Was thinking about the carbon f1 mirrors,want to get a carbon bonnet in the future so think it would go!
so its just a wire that runs to that little sensor then,no little circuit or anything then!

its 2 little black wires, just run them into the new mirror
