Can this black bit be removed ?

Hi ppl just wondering can this black bump strip thingy be removed and if it can can you put it back on without ****ing it up? And if it can be removed how the buggery do you do it just rip it off?

The strip in the middle of it can be removed but the main bulk of it is part of the bumper.

lol i didnt mean i want to remove it to smooth it off or anything max power like that its just i need a new one bumper but if i buy a valver one i dont want the yellow strip,

so the actual plastic bit cant be removed but the yellow/black inset can be removed and changed?

Yes, altho be careful as the clips tend to break easy.
