Is the RSi/lower model complete rear axle assembly narrower than a Valver one? I'm gonna have to pull the arches out a fair amount to clear the tyres wondered if I can get a narrower axle.

dont think its any narrower as the track on the RSi and the Valver are the same (just the bodywork which is lardier)

Also the RSi has rear discs compared to other lower model clios.

Could be wrong but i think the only difference is the size of the brakes.

Rsi rear beam is narrower.

Will I be able to bolt the complete RSi beam straight into the Valver shell?

Also how much narrower is it?

It's thinner but only due to metal spacers that you can change

iirc it is exactly the same or so i've read. It doesn't make commercial sense for ren to make the beams differently.

So if I get rid of the spacers it'll make the beam a bit narrower?
