I'm trying to remove the turbine housing from my T25.

According to a guide I found, you unscrew the turbine bolts until they butt up against the castings on the centre housing and then you keep turning until they push the turbine housing off of the centre housing.

Problem is only two bolts touch anything, so when the housing starts to snag on the turbine, I can't adjust it back.

Anyone know a better way to do it?

good answer DONT i can probally gurantee it will leak when you put it back on !!!!! get a new 1 or get some 1 to recon it professionally wouldnt recommend doing it your self

reason
1 of the guys did this at work and some thing happened and it leaked hot exhaust gasses and ****ed the turbo and the exhaust due to excess heat blowing throught a small hole
