I use the pen tool to draw round the parts that I want to change to create a path. I then select the path and use the modify colour or variations tool to chenge it.

I usually just go to hue/saturation and on the "master" colour box just select the colour. On the nana just pic yellow and alter the hue to just change the colour of anything yellow. You can cut it out first if you don`t want it to affect the background but I just use the history brush on the background to replace the affected colours. If the car has tints of other colours and the hue/sat doesn`t work then replace colour and click on the tint...usually just putting the hue setting right down sorts it out
