Helpful tips and suggestions required to make this as swift as possible.

drop n/s of subframe down, loosen off o/s obvously removing steering column pinch bolt and downpipe.

Remove mount etc, lower n/s of enfgie donwe on jack under sump, or if your posha hoist, and then slide gearbox out, easier with a hoist or a mate helping etc, but if you are hardcore you can do it on your tod

Depends how many engines you ahve removed, doing it that way first time took me 2 days, recon a day now tho.

if you have engine hoist might eb easier to just whip the engine out, an experienced mechanic/person can ahve an engine out in a couple of hours

thanks mate, decided to drop the engine out, have hoists etc and weve taken loads out b4, just not the clio engines thas all. goin to take wise sets and do the belts while its out.
