Can the slider kit on the drivers window be locked from the inside?

at the moment it carnt no. But to lock you will either need to drill a hole through the slider and a hole through the lower and upper slider rail. then you can fit either a bolt or padlock to secure.

I'd look a twat parking up at Tesco's and sticking a bolt/padlock through my window to stop the chavs thieving my stereo/pissing through my window or posting dog crap through it lol.

I'll give it a miss then I think :(

other way is to get a replacment window (in plastic with no slider) and fit as standard. u can keep the manual / electric window then

i beleive that you can buy a little latch which just drops down behind the slider so it can't be pushed open.

when i saw martins i had a play with it - you'd be hard pressed to get your hand to reach anything in there!

you could reach the lock and unlock the car though..

i just got mine today.

very very pleased with mine. they come with a grub screw to lock them in position when parked. very good quality, fit fine (only fitted the fronts so far tho! ) and very reasonably price.

220 all in for them, including both sliders!

well worth even 150 quid. remember these would have been 200 new, and they are pratically NEW!

tbh only should be used on a track slag! not worth it otherwise!
